Add sticky footers to Beefree

Persistent default unsubscribe footer on all messages, changes to the footer will be saved and applied to all future messages.

Basically just adding the feature we have on our internal drag and drop to Beefree.

Zekeriya Demir click on the row that the sticky footer sits in, then the sidebar will have a button in it to "edit sticky footer"... Really weird way to get to the sticky footer editor.

Blipblop yeah it's really hard to get to. You need to be in the email editor and click the footer row "edit sticky footer".
